Kortix in Microsoft Teams. In chats, group chats and channels.
Mention Kortix with a task. An agent works on its own cloud computer, shows its steps in one live card, and sends its changes back as a card to approve.
A tenant admin grants consent once. Then anyone in your organization can add the app.

@Kortix webhooks keep failing since the deploy. Find out why and fix it.

Found it: every non-2xx response retried, so a 404 used all five attempts. A 4xx now stops, and the billing tests pass: 3 pass, 0 fail.

How Kortix works in Teams. From one consent to an approved change.
Three places, three behaviours
In a personal chat, every message reaches the agent. In a group chat or a channel, mention it.
Each channel post is its own session. A personal or group chat keeps one session until someone sends /new.
Use it from anywhere. The same agents, files and sessions on every surface.
Questions.Answered from the code.
Anything else, write to the team.
Do we need a Teams admin?
Yes, once. A tenant admin grants consent, and Kortix publishes the app to your organization’s catalog. After that, anyone can add it.
Does the agent act with my permissions?
No. Kortix checks that you are a project member who may start sessions. The agent then acts with its own permissions, not with your role.
Can we use our own bot?
Yes. Bring your own Azure Bot with its app ID and secret, then upload the app manifest.
Does it support reactions or message search?
No. Long replies are cut in Teams and link to the full session in Kortix.
